· alter product specifications and delivery times without notice.
· not respond to any method of communication that is, at our discretion, confrontational, demeaning, insulting or in breach of applicable discrimination acts. In the event that this, at our discretion, occurs, we will not be liable for any loss to any party.

Prices

Prices on this site are quoted excluding VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate.

Payment

Payment in advance on orders of 10 or fewer valves. On larger orders, 50% payment will be required in advance, the remainder on delivery. Fees of 10% of total invoice value per day will be applied to late payments.

Privacy

XTP Design will not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies may be used to track individual orders and store delivery details.

If you do not wish to receive further mailings from XTP Design let us know and we will remove you from our mailing lists.

Returns

XTP Design will accept the return of unused products in pristine condition within 14 days of their date of dispatch.
